Отличная книга про том, как стать физически готовым к отличным ударам и не получить травму. Категорически рекомендую найти в книге те упражнения, которые развивают именно ту область, с которой вопросы сейчас и плавно двигаться к результату без травм

Outstanding and in-depth examination of the functional movements necessary in a consistent, flowing, and powerful golf swing...right in my wheelhouse as it's written by 2 D.C.s!

...now to get to work on the fundamentals...

Great book with illustrated workouts and techniques to keep yourself flexible and maintain the muscles we need for Golf in the off season. I recommend it even if you don't play the game. Intense stretching and toning, perfect for people who'd just like to remain toned and don't want to do anything too strenuous as well.
