Still a great resource - back when I was self trained in the Summer of 2009.

Great book to take to the pool and flip open to a page. Takes a lot of the planning out of your swims, and guarantees a good workout if you follow it. Tons of different workouts so you'll never do the same one 2 days in a row if you don't want to.
