He possesses a diverse secular career which spans many functions including engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and staff positions. His technical career included the management of a wide variety of engineers, physicists, and scientists in the high-technology industry. He became a nationally recognized management consultant serving over 100 companies.
He earned a Master of Christian Leadership degree from Western Seminary. He has been a popular adult Bible Study leader for many years.
