She is a co-author with Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey and Brian Tracy of Discover Your Inner Strengths: Cutting Edge Growth Strategies from the Industry’s Leading Experts, published in 2009. Her work on leadership and change execution, have been featured in Leader to Leader, Executive Excellence, The Journal of Business Strategy, Industry Week and on Sirius Radio.
Dr. Lippitt developed the Leadership Spectrum Profile® which won the Human Resource Executive Magazine’s Top Training Product Award. She has also developed Bottom Line Persuasion: Results Focused Influencing.™
Dr. Lippitt earned a Doctorate in Business Administration. She teaches in the MBA program at the University of South Florida. Formerly she taught at Georgetown University, George Washington University, St. Thomas University and Florida International University.
