Not a lot of good fencing books out there. This is one of the few.

[Richard Novak · Rating 4 out of 5]

Very technical manual for enthusiasts Being a novice I can't say it was the best help. For that see Nick Evangalista.

[J. · Rating 5 out of 5]

A bit perversely, it's precisely this useful manual's ungenerosity with its reasoning that prevents it from attaining the status of a scientific text.

Wish it was still in print

[Stuart Johnson · Rating 3 out of 5]

This book is useful but terribly dated in it's technique and styles.
