Although the sex scenes were HOTHOTHOT and worth at least 4 stars I can't get over the fact I HATED Rena. This is no loving ménage story. This is a selfish girl who wants what she wants and likes these boys on their knees worshiping her golden vajayjay. I would have been happier if in the end the boys had told her to piss off and ran away together.

Yet another scorcher from Jasmine Haynes. This was a short erotic story that was filled with kinky heat from beginning to end. I tell you what the heroine Rena was one lucky girl to have two total hung hunks at her beck and call. The heat really turned on when one said hunk decided to suck the other, ohlala. Of course as the story went on the kink got even hotter.
Warning, if you don't like M/M with a woman looking on even if the two men are totally male and not gay one bit, this book is NOT for you.

The “These Books Bang” list on Pagebound has not disappointed me yet. While spicy, the underlying homophobia in this book was not that hot.

Ok. This just might be one of the dirtiest books I have ever read. Not that "dirty" is a bad thing. I'm just saying - this book isn't for the faint of heart. There is M/F, M/F/M, M/M/F, and M/M. Yep - it coves it all. There's also oral, anal, and plain ole va-jay-jay sex. BUT! Thankfully.....there are also a lot of condoms. I love it when a dirty book uses condoms. It just makes it feel less dirty somehow. Like - "Hey, they may like their hot monkey sex upside down, up the butt, and back again - but at least they're safety conscious!"
The story revolves around Rena - a beautiful, powerful business executive. She's involved with Grant - a handsome, powerful business executive. Together, they have awesome, kinky, powerful business executive sex. And - they also happen to have an open relationship. That is, until one night when Grant decides that he wants to be exclusive. Although Rena is totally into Grant, she feels that she can't get everything she needs from him alone. She feels he withholds his passionate side from her. Although she is sexually satisfied with him.....it's missing something....wild, unrestrained passion. That something - well - Rena gets it from Karl. Karl is her hot contractor. And he is 100% pure passion. He'll grab her as she walks in her house and fuck her up against a wall, or on a countertop, or the floor.....whenever and wherever the mood strikes. No idea why this has such a high rating. For a short smut story it was all right, I guess, but definitely not worth this many stars. The one thing I did really enjoy about this one was the switching of perspectives, lots of scenes from the men's point of view. Also enjoyable was the slight angst in the beginning. But beyond that, there was no character development of the h, and also none - even less if that were possible - of the construction worker, Kayl or whatever. I honestly have no idea who he was. Grant could've used some also, or at least some more fleshed out angst, because that really had some potential. Sigh. The sex was pretty good, not overwhelmingly so.

Damn that was hot! I mean a guy gives a girl an idea and holy crap does she run with it. It wasn't super long -- I think I read it within a few hours -- but the author packed a lot of squishiness in that time. Every part of it was wicked sexy. Just wow.

Is it me or does the woman on this cover look like a mannequin? I digress…I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Though short at 10 chapters, it really packed a punch in the sex department!
Rena is Ms. Independent business woman who knows what she wants in her professional life and goes after it with no apologies. It’s her personal life that has her questioning who she wants. Grant or Karl...can she have both?

Take Your Pick started off hot and heavy and kept the pace throughout the read. Grant and Rena belonged together. I enjoyed the way they blew off steam and the intense relationship they had together. I could tell that Rena loved him but something was missing, something she needed. Finding out what that something was took me awhile but when it manifested, making total sense I found myself agreeing one hundred percent with her. I’d hoped he’d kick it in high gear and let loose.
Karl the total opposite of Grant had me melting just from his presence alone. Rena’s relationship with Karl differed from her relationship with Grant. As I got to know Karl, I realized he knew and was fine with it.
What surprised me was Grant’s decision to give Rena what she needed a threesome, however in the back of my mind I had to wonder if after their completed time together she’d be able to leave one for the other. I couldn’t believe the immediate change in Grant.

Only book I've ever deleted from my kindle. I LOVED the desperate to the Max series but almost didn't finish this book. As suggested by the title I wanted her to pick. Had a hard time buying into the concept started out with such promise but mid way it lost me...so sorry b/c I like this author a lot.

In typical Haynes' style, it reads well, and is very steamy and hot.
Even though it's a short story, it's too bad that there's not more character development. You don't learn much about the characters -- Rena, Karl, and Grant are absolutely cardboard.

The Instant you start reading this book it is SEX and I don't mean the boring sex where it is only a sentence I mean the hot and describable Sex. This is one hot story that will leave you wondering who she will choose.... who would you choose?

OMG this book is fabulous.
I loved this book. The characters are great. It's a short story but it gets to the point quickly and then you spend the rest of the book in a sexual haze. This book is all about the sexual compatibility of the characters and how every one will get along.
