This collection is great stuff.

I was quite familiar with Jeffrey Thomas and that is what brought me to this book. Always a fan of Thomas, his tales here are fantastic.

Jeff Strand, Adam Pepper and Sarah Pinborough were less known to me and all three delight here as well.

The four writers have distinct writing styles and their subject matters vary also. This collection is not full of vampires in love or the zombie apocalypse.

Fresh ideas freshly written.

I blazed through this one, loving every twisted moment.

I was lucky enough to receive a free autographed copy of this book from Adam Pepper. Like most anthologies there were some stories I liked better than others but overall it was really entertaining. I am looking forward to finding more to read by Sarah Pinborough and Jeffrey Thomas. Not that I didn't enjoy the stories by Jeff Strand, his style is just a little silly for my tastes. My favorite stories were Gramma's Corpse, Old Maid, Crystal Carla and The Hosts.
