Some people ask all of these questions about the titanic let me tell u the the whole story about the titanic. These people on the titanic were sailing to America the rich people stayed on the top of the boat and the poor people stayed on the bottom. Well on that same night this guy told the guard that he was rich so they let him on the top of the ship but he was really poor so this lovely girl was going to get married to this guy that she really didn't like then when she went on the top of the ship and was looking at the water then she turned around and saw jack. Jack was the guy that said that he was rich but he was really poor. So the ship keep sailing that captain was trying to stop the ship because he saw the ice burg the ship did not stop and it went threw the ice burg and causing the ship to sink. The ship broke in half water was rising to the top of the ship and all of the kids and women had to get on the extra boats and all of the woman's survived but the rich girl fell in love with jack so she jumped off of the extra boat because she really loved jack. The ship was sinking so jack and the rich girl jumped of of he boat into the water. The water killed a lot of people because it was very cold it felt like swimming in ice so the rich girl jumped on a piece of wood from the ship while jack was frozen in the water. That was a scary night because those people were there for hours and days the Ship sunk down to the ocean.
People now go to the bottom of the ocean and take pictures of the titanic and find treasures and that take that stuff to the titanic museum. Some of these treasures are really cool because these people found old money and spoons and forks and other stuff.
On the 14th of April, 1912 most of the people wanted to travel by the biggest ship in the world called Titanic. It was the first ship across the Atlantic Ocean. Titanic ship was equipped to carry more than 3000 passengers and was thought to be very safe. In this ship there was a difference in the classes which did not mix. When the ship was travelling it collided with a mountain of ice but the titanic captain Edward Smith was not worried about ice and nobody in the ship understands an accident. He thought it was an unsinkable ship. When he realized that the ship would sink he ordered to prepare the lifeboats. Many of the passengers did not think the titanic would sank. The captain sent a message for help, but there was a problem to find the location. On the next day, 15th of April, the front part of the ship sank quickly. Many people died who could not swim. Fifth officer Harold Lowe was ordered to help people survive. This bad event affected the world and everybody remembers this event. Also, they made the Titanic a film. This story was a love story and it was different from the real story of the Titanic.
This story was very interesting when I was reading it and a very famous story in the world. It was easy to read and there were photos to understand the story. When I finished the story I felt sad because many people died.
I recommend you to read the Titanic story because it was easy and interesting. Also, it was better to see the movie than read the story. When you read the story you will not regret it because this book told the real story about the Titanic.
The rich always survives and the poor always suffers or dies, I could see the inequality in the data of the number of survivors from the Titanic. By knowing how the world’s biggest failure happened , I can learn a lot about how a large organization would fail because of miscommunication and mis management , causing the large number of deaths.

Opener: “James Cameron was the big winner at Oscar night in Los Angeles in March 1998. His 1997 movie was named Best Picture, winning ten other Oscars, too. As Cameron held up the Oscar, he repeated a famous line from the movie: ‘I'm the king of the world!’ He later joked that ‘size does matter.’"
Summary: Readers are invited to do a quiz before they read the book, to find out how much they already know about the Titanic. The answers are in the book. Titanic was thought to be unsinkable, and nobody was concerned that it only had lifeboats for half the passengers. It set sail with 2,207 passengers. There were three classes of passengers who slept, lived, and ate on different decks. First-class accommodations were lavish. On April 14, the radio operators began to receive ice warnings. Lookouts suddenly saw an iceberg ahead. The ship tried to miss it, but the iceberg hit the side of the ship underwater, and five of the compartments were flooded. The Titanic began to sink. Lifeboats were lowered, and the order was given for women and children to go first. Fighting broke out when people realized there weren’t enough lifeboats for all the passengers. The Titanic sank. As the front part of the ship sank, the back came up out of the water. The ship broke in two and both parts sank. Hundreds of passengers fell into the icy water. More than 1,500 people lost their lives. The world was shocked at the tragedy, and there have been many stories about it. In 1985, the wreck of the Titanic was found. A movie of the disaster was written by James Cameron. The movie was a love story, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. The movie came out in 1997 and won eleven Oscars.
Final Review: The story is thrilling. Of course, it excludes all fiction from James Cameron’s Titanic, like the love story between Jack and Rose but it also shed light on how much of the movie was actually as it happened in real life. We learn of the events preceding the sinking and about the reactions of the passengers and the crew that suffered the tragedy. Will make you appreciate the movie even more after reading this.
據說鐵達尼號一直很有名。但在電影上映前我卻一無所聞。看完後,也不知道它為什麼會這麼有名?(雖然這讀本對事件的始末介紹的頗為詳細)本書的開頭及結尾對這個問題,提出了兩種回答: “Some people think that the sinking of the Titanic showed the end of one part of history and the start of another. Before the Titanic sank, it was a time of great hope. People felt good about the world's future. ......For many people, that dream of a wonderful future sank with the Titanic.......Just two years later, the First World War began. Millions of people died. New machines were used to kill more and more people.” 另一種回答是: “Some people think that the Titanic showed people at their best and at their worst.”,“Some of the crew and passengers worked all night to save other people.......Other passengers thought only about saving themselves. They fought to get into the lifeboats.” 而且書上說這個故事是假的:“Jack Dawson, Rose DeWitt Bukater, and Cal Hockley weren't real people,”。而且,這部電影耗資二億美元,實在太浪費了。人類追求吃喝玩樂雖是本性,但這種過分奢華所引起的惡果,不僅對人類德性的進化無益,且報應早晚是要回到人類自身的。
