My kids enjoyed it. It mentions "millions of years" a few times and has some language/attitude I wouldn't use with my kids. It had good information overall.

I bought this book for my youngest daughter, who especially loved all the "fun facts" about each state. She would quiz me about state birds, trees, even state muffins! I really like the format of the book, and think the illustrations are great. I'll definitely be holding on to this one for the grandkids!
