Clifford and Emily Elizabeth play in the snow and enter a snow sculpting contest. It's all quite dull, and the contest turns out to be the sort where everyone gets a blue ribbon.

This book was a cute read, especially going into the winter season. Illustrations are simple, but provide detailed descriptions of what's going on in the text. This book could be used for an older reader, as it's not as repetitive or predictable. I like how they have a comprehension test at the end, which could help kids with engaging in what they are reading/being read.

Clifford is a classic story. This story with Clifford and his friends is a great read and and the simple easy written words are great for early readers.

I wish there was emojis for certain book characters. I would love ❤️ a Clifford emoji.
You can’t go wrong with Clifford. I am wrapping up the year with some great kids books.
