Don't count on this recipe book for any accuracy. It's bagna CAUDA, not bagna "calda." It's literally your first recipe and it's wrong. Caesar salad was invented by Caesar Cardini in Tijuana, Mexico and is not related to Julius Caesar. The recipes are good but this book is riddled with sloppy errors.
