I really like this story. I see from other people's perspective of this book they did not like the way it was written. I listened to this one so the mistakes was something I did not see. I Like the character of Pink she is spunky and determined that is good qualities to have but sometimes that can get you into trouble. Pink finds herself being interested in two men Steve and Ed for different reasons. Pink finds herself in trouble when she attends a dinner with Steve where a Chinese diplomat dies and all of sudden Pink's world turns upside down. She is accused of murder and the story takes off. it was fast paced and I enjoyed the twists and turns some things though where a bit of a stretch but it still made things interesting. I need to go back and read book 1 and 2 to see how the series starts and how it all works together. i give this one a 3.5 it was not that bad it entertained me and that is good enough for me.

This is a fun series, & I mostly enjoy Stephanie as a character, but the vacillating over Steve & Ed is extremely tiresome, as is she at times. Mind you, with parents like hers it's not surprising she's a bit of a pain. The plot in this one is quite ludicrous, so I didn't enjoy it quite as much as the previous two books - I can see why no more were written.

Pleasant, light entertainment.

My friend's mom wrote this book, so I'm biased. That being said, it was a fun read.

This book reminded me a lot of the Stephanie Plum series, only not as comical. The plot moves along like a bullet train. If you blink you might miss something. It was a little too fast and unbelievable for me.
Also, while there is explanation regarding the previous books' plots in the series, I felt bereft not having read them. I don't feel as if this book could stand on its own.
