For a person who doesn't enjoy the feminist discussion (largely due to extremist opponents) this was a humble approach which highlighted many factors regarding womens role in the fight against climate change.

I would recommend (if I could speak to past-me) to read the Conclusion-chapter (chapter 8). Then moving on to read the summaries of every chapter. Then, begin to read the book.
So, basically, reading it backwards.
