Maybe it was just me, but I didn't find the book all that helpful.

This is a great book for a beginner. Its very detailed, specific, and explains each step thoroughly. Choosing needles, cleaning and preparing them, choosing the thread to use, all are explained very well.

Needs more detailed illustrations for construction of the sides of baskets.
