loved this book has everything it even explaines how to turn your bbq into a smoker without the high cost of purchasing one and the recipes are easy to make this is the only bbq book you will ever need bought for my daughter because shes always bbqing but i kept it and than bought her one well worth it

some of the glazes are nice, but it's not really a cookbook one needs. i got it on clearance, and thank god for that....if i had paid full price for this one.....damn.....
