Statistical Reasoning continues to provide a streamlined and easy-to-understand text on statistics of the behavioral sciences for business professionals. The sixth edition includes new information about the use of computers in statistics and offers an SPSS printout page in selected chapters.
A shorter, introductory text with depth and rigor (but never intimidating). It should be on the reading list of all intro analysis course for social science. Practice questions are somehow fewer in this text (like 15 a chapter) but it covers a range of variety (and difficulty) seldom seen in this kind of textbooks.
