I love this book for the things common to all the stories. Contrary to the popular notion (including ego or self) in egomaniacs themselves, most egomaniacs are little children who are so insecure about their standings they cry their hearts out just for a little 'Yes that looks so good.' Joel presents excellent strategies on how to be a big winner, to let them cry their heart out, to emphatize all in all... treat them like toddlers.
