This is probably the earliest of the Elephantmen books I've read (I think it was the first). It's odd that the big collections have little mini stories and the mini editions have a long continuos story but I still loved this one. It was an interesting set up and had a great noir feel about it. Will definitely have to get the rest of this little series.
