Break Every Rule:
This last book of the saga is about Domonica Falcon, she's just returned from Paris and wants to start her business in town.
Trent is a guy who got a break from a trucker who know trusts him and his wife with their decisions, business and on the house front. He is the supervisor for her store.
Interesting to learn about the trucking business.
Others in the family have a bit of time in this book also.
Her photography business can't seem to get off the ground and he offers to help with a business plan and introductions to others at a dinner party.

Francis ray is a talented author that has a knack for keeping a reader unable to put a book down. I have read a few of her books and have yet to be disappointed.

I really liked this book. I enjoyed the romance and I liked how Ms. Ray brings the story back to the strength on the family bond.

This book features Daniel Falcon's little sister. I liked Dominique and Trent. The story was mostly believable and wrapped up very nicely at the end

Dominique comes from tough stock. Her mom is Felicia, dad is John Henry, and her brother is badass Daniel. Let’s not even mention her Aunt Ruth and her Grayson cousins.

I understand why she was weary to let a man into her life. Her ex-husband abused her in every way and then kidnapped and assaulted her. Trent was her balm and she was his. Foster care upbringing and feeling unwanted.

I didn’t just enjoy this novel; I loved their individual journey & their 💗story. In subsequent books, their love is still bright and supportive.

Awesome book

Because I wanted too know why Dominique was so against love and having a man in her life but she realized that with Trent

I love second chance love and Dominique and Trent needed deserved it. They resisted at first, but eventually gave in and realized they needed each other.

Love is beautiful

Trent was in trouble day one but Dominique was going to give him a run for his money, but it caused them to run to one another!

I liked the book but Dominique was annoying. Her little pity party she kept having was annoying. I don't see how she thought Trent wouldn't be upset finding out her last name. She basically lied about who she really was.

Break Every Rule is classic Francis Ray. It's a tale of inevitable love. The writing is crisp and concise. It's a joy to read. --Gwendolyn Osborne

“Classic Francis Ray…a joy to read.”—The Romance Reader

“Francis Ray is a literary chanteuse, crooning the most sensual romantic fiction melodies in a compelling performance of skill and talent that culminates in another solid gold hit!”

—Romantic Times

“Francis Ray creates characters and stories that we all love to read about.”
—Eric Jerome Dickey

There was high sexual tension from the start of the story, revealed through Trent's wicked thoughts. Overall, an enjoyable read. A category romance with a lot packed into it, there is even a romance for Janice. It has some memorable one-liners and funny moments. The characters from this story are interconnected with these other stories: "Forever Yours" (7/94), "Only Hers" (4/96), "Heart of the Falcon" (2/98), "Break Every Rule" (8/98), "Until There Was You" (6/99)."

From Publishers Weekly
With Daniel Falcon and Madelyn Taggart of Heart of the Falcon happily married, Ray turns to Daniel's only sister. Dominique Falcon is beautiful and rich. And restless. At 29, she's fled from one city to another, from one job to another, and, after her marriage to a classically abusive man, she flees from men, too. Settled, for the moment, in Dallas, she embarks on a career in photography and immediately alienates her new neighbor Trent Masters, a successful, handsome and decent man who has, through will and hard work, risen above his unenviable childhood. The question is whether Trent can hold on through Dominique's seemingly inexplicable changes in attitude and Dominique can get over her justifiable fear to accept a decent, supportive man. Sex comes at the end, not as an afterthought, but as the final element in a passionate healing process. It's the kind of warm, humane portrayal we've come to expect of Ray.

Initial thoughts:
1. Pacing was a little off (time spent on establishing connection between Dominique and Trent was fine but then it zoomed through the conflict and resolution).
2. Dominique's family (even though they featured earlier in the book during the beginning stages of her and Trent checking each other out) was just thrown in at the end which was such a contrast to Daniel's story in Heart of the Falcon.

enjoyed every bite of it.Had me wanting to know what was going to happen next. Enjoy how the children quizzed her and how they knew they wanted her for there mother. Also how the got their father attention on how she looked and telling him to date her. I really enjoyed the book from the beginning to the end.
