Using Technology To Enhance Teaching Music In The Classroom: Technology To Enhance Teaching Music
This paper seeks to analyze the impact of teaching music with technology and investigates two classes where one study was used with technology and the other without. It also seeks to describe the behavioural attitudes of the students as a result of this intervention. The participants in this research were students who would not have had ongoing music lessons due to their socio-economic background. The programme was sponsored by Music Literacy Trust, a group of professional music players, instrumental in employing music teachers versed in specialized areas to impart knowledge to these aspirants. The programme was conducted for two weeks with each lesson was delivered for 45 minutes.
