The stats in this book will make you question everything and want to go to work on the systems that can improve our workforce infrastructure. I kept putting the book down and looking at partner and quoting from the book, did you know “xyz”? I couldn’t get enough. You will be better informed about how we got here, where we are (as of print date), and proposed ideas for workforce improvement and reform.
