It's a good read to some insight and honest tips to those interested. It goes into the everyday situations that one who is new to joining the police force may have to deal with one day and how to properly address the situation.
It had a lot of good advice, but there were some subjective opinions that I didn't agree with. Also it was not organized in a manner that kept the reader intrigued.
