A fantastic, very clear and accessible book about parenting and couples. Drawing teachings from transactional analysis, Virginia Satir's work on families, and bioenergetics, it is full of tips and insights that any parent could benefit from. Highly recommended.

Reading it a second time my rating has changed from two to four stars, I'm clearly more responsive to the advice the book gives.
