This is an informational book all about sharks. This book talks about how sharks live, what they eat, where they live and different types of sharks. The book includes real photographs of sharks in the ocean. The book is very detailed and gives captions with all of the photos.

This book is great for students learning about sharks. There is a lot of information but it is presented in a way for a child to understand. I really like that they included real pictures of sharks. This book would be really great for a student doing a project on sharks!

A book I would connect this with would be "Sharks" by Catriona Clarke to learn more about sharks.

"The shark is cautious. It swims around its prey for a long time to examine it closely."
