I was really disappointed with this story. The synopsis was what really pulled me in but the conflict with Veronica and Hunter was unnecessary and did not add to the story. I also did not care for a sex scene with Dirk and Hunter (even if it was a dream). In fact none of the sex scene were really well fleshed out and had no heat. They would start out going well and then just fizzled. Then the ending where Munro ends up with Dirk and Rock ends up with a former flame (that is pregnant no less) it killed the story for me. It probably didn't help that I had just finished a similar story that I really enjoyed.

The book was okay it read like a chapter book for me i.e. 5th grade. I think the Author touched on a very trendy topic with PolyArmoury but felt that she did not know enough about it to really pull the story together. The explanations of certain things were too much and seemed to drone on too long. Even who was there as a villain wasn't explained in detail but rather pushed off after being introduced through out the novel.
It was an okay read and I understand what she was trying to do but she missed the mark. While I love the chahrsters Dirk, Rock and Munro I think that it could have been more explosive than it was
