There is very little information about Steve Richards on the internet, I searched before I make this bold statement. I think he might be a sham, at no point in the book was I convinced of his astral accolades. However, this did not detract from my enjoyment on reading the various anecdotes regarding astral projection. It did feel a little like a school textbook, formulaic, with very little original material.
