It's an odd thing to be asked here when I "finished" reading this book. The truth is, I will probably *never* finish reading this book. I use it all the time. I've been lucky enough to frequent the restaurants opened by the author over the many years I've been in Boston.
The thing is, I don't know if you can even get a copy of this one any more.

I'm not sure if those are the actual names, and likely not the only recipes I use on a regular basis from this book. The ingredient lists are accessible, the instructions are straightforward, and the results are always enviable.

The food at the restaurant was delicious but these recipes have too many ingredients to make for a typical dinner at home.
