No nonsense consumer psychologist, Sienna Lambert moderates focus groups to assist her clients with marketing their products to target audiences.  Her newest client, Dexter Clothiers has developed state of the art men's undergarments, Best Kept Secrets that become more comfortable the longer they're worn.  Sienna interviews men from all professions and all walks of life to get their opinion on the new line.
When adrenaline junkie, Vaughn Deveraux meets Sienna he takes her breath away--literally.  After a run-in at a client softball outing Sienna assumes Vaughn is one of the new models for Dexter Clothiers.  Vaughn tells her he's the Creative Director at the company advertising the line and jokes that he leaves the modeling in the very capable hands of his younger brother, Pierce, a retired professional football player who's had a great deal of experience with women asking questions about his briefs.
Though intrigued, Sienna keeps her distance when she finds out he works with her client, but Vaughn's fun nature and zest for living prove too irresistible to ignore.  Sienna's once calm, predictable life gets turned upside down when Vaughn shows her that sometime's life is better when you experience it instead of researching it.

Interview With Love by Lisa Watson was FAB-U-LOUS! I loved everything about this book!

Sienna Lambert is a Consumer Psychologist. When she lands a deal with a huge client, she never expected that she would be interviewing more than the prospective clientele.

On a company outing, she finds herself thrown into a baseball game, knocked unconscious, waking up to an Adonis before her. Shaking it off she heads for the showers. On her way out, after dressing of course, she is surprised to see the Adonis sitting in wait with her best friend Vivian. Vaughn, the man who plowed her over at third base introduces himself and they converse over tea and cheesecake. Not only do they share so many things in common, they are both working for the same Company. Vaughn is great, he helps his best friend raise his daughter, he is sincere, not to mention hot enough to make your blood boil on a cold winter night. What more could a girl ask for?

Vaughn runs his ad campaigns by her only to be shot down. Offended, he storms off. Now it becomes his mission to apologize for making a fool of himself with his brashness, and to make this beautiful psychologist his.

Let the 'Rules' begin. Sienna is constantly making up rules to live by. I absolutely loved this character and found her rules endearing and at times humorous.

We watch this couple grow, and fall apart only to grow some more. Vaughn is the perfect man any girl would want, Sienna is the perfect woman any man would want. Well maybe not, even though she's a psychologist, she still has her issues. Needless to say, their romance is so enthralling and it was fantastic to watch this couple grow in each other as well as themselves.

Sienna has a secret though? Can their relationship withstand all the ups and downs or will Vaughn end up being just another notch in Sienna's lipstick case?

During this entire book I found myself laughing, talking to myself when something crazy happened, and falling in love with these characters. The entire book I pictured as a movie playing out in my head. I so could see Wanda Sykes as Vivian. It was her voice I heard every time Vivian spoke. This would be a great movie!

Watson did a phenomenal job! I love her writing style, her character development was right on key, and I cannot wait to read the next book in this Interview Series, Interview With Danger. I loved the sneak peek excerpt - already loving it.

I have to admit, this book caused a mix of emotions from this reviewer. Part of me loved the story; the other part of me felt overwhelmed with the amount of detail provided, but the outcome was WELL worth the read.
Can true love cloud obstacles caused by secrets and put a couple on the path they both desire? Or will the secrets consume them and cause a missed opportunity?
Vaughn is very handsome executive that will knock Sienna out flat, but not in the way you think. After the knock out they become quick friends and his loyalty to her is not only about their friendship but moving it to the next level. Outside of that could this loyal friend have motives or is he truly interested in Sienna as a love interest as well. Relying on the advice of his player player brother and a host of friends land Vaughn smack dead in the middle of drama.
Sienna is as beautiful as Vaughn is handsome she’s also sexy and successful. She is a consumer psychologist. This position allows her to embrace her creative passion. She facilitates focus groups to assist clients in marketing their product.
We all live by a set of rules but Sienna she makes them as she goes. The author did something wonderful with this character; we saw her strengths and success’ but we were also privy to her fear and weakness’.
Her relationship with Vaughn was like an interview with love, we had the meeting, the players and the mutual agreement. It’s very rare that love stays in a pretty box with a bow and theirs was no different. I enjoyed watching their relationship move. At times it moved forward but at other times, well with the hiccups I thought it would end forever. I understand the author keeping the reader guessing, but man oh man I was so frustrated with waiting for the outcome of Sienna and Vaughn’s relationship woes I wanted to scream.
Excellent read and the storyline was fantastic.

Interview With Love,

Sienna Lambert loves her job as a consumer psychologist. She moderates focus groups to assist companies with marketing their products to the public. Sienna needs everything to be orderly and she needs to be in control. She has established many rules that she lives her life by to keep this control.

Vaughn Deveraux works for an ad agency and is an adrenaline junkie that takes life by the horns and lives in the moment instead of trying to control it.

Sienna and Vaughn meet at an outing for a mutual client. Vaughn knocks Sienna off of her feet, literally, during a baseball game. When Sienna regains consciousness, she realizes she didn't stop him from scoring and he's very attractive. Vaughn and Sienna become good friends and eventually lovers. Vaughn opens Sienna's world up and she lets go of her rules.

"Interview with Love" is a feel good story. It's a simple love story of two people who meet and put their trust in each other; they overcome common trials and tribulations that plague every relationship. I love a good love story that's realistic and not too sappy or mushy and "Interview with Love" gave me that. Only complaint I have is the cover artwork should've been closer to the description of the main characters. I cannot wait for the sequel. I give "Interview with Love" 5 out of 5 stars and two thumbs up!

Sienna is a professional woman who is happy, but some parts of her are closed off due to trauma in her past. She and Vaughn are immediately attracted to each other, but both have to get past their egos and fear to take a chance on each other. Through good times and bad, their relationship can survive anything if they can trust each other and themselves.

This was a great sexy read about adults acting like adults. That’s wonderful, and all too rare. The relationship obstacles all felt serious and realistic, and we really bought into the feelings Sienna and Vaughn had for each other. It can be hard to root for a couple who keep messing things up for themselves, but the author made them real enough that we wanted to see them come through everything.

We didn’t even miss explicit sex (that much).

Interview with Love by Lisa Y. Watson is a true romance book. The main character Sienna, is a relatable character as a woman whose life completely revolves around her job. She rejects the idea of a romantic relationship so much she even wears her hair in a bun daily to try to draw attention away from her beauty. But, when she meets Vaughn, her thoughts on love and relationships slowly begin to change.

The book had a few interesting twists and turns especially when the reader is introduced to Sienna’s sister Sasha. The excerpt from the sequel, Interview with Danger, has me looking forward to reading it. I recommend this book to those that love a beautiful love story.

I love this book but the grammar and punctuation errors was driving me crazy. I would love to talk to the editor...
