Keep It Simple: Permission to Illuminate Your Life Easily, Effortlessly, & Joyfully

Rate this book
Keep It to Illuminate Your Life Easily, Effortlessly & Joyfully is a workbook intended to help you create a balanced, healthy, and great life through self-awareness. Example statements are given so that you can assess where you are in relation to that statement. Try this "I feel safe in this world." Now try, "I accept that I feel safe in this world." If that statement feels right, you can write in in the acceptance section of the workbook. If accept doesn't fit, try, "I love that I feel safe in this world." How does that feel? It that is your statement, write it in the love section of the notebook. In addition to the statements, you will find a toolkit to help you find approaches to challenges you are facing and a practice to encourage listening to your mind, body, and spirit.

Gina Briganti has been writing since she could hold a pencil. It has always been a comfort that to create she needs only three things; the pencil, the paper and her imagination.

The great state of Texas is where she makes her home.

Writing paranormal romance and non-fiction fit her perfectly, since she has a wildly romantic nature and a deep desire to see everyone living their fantasy through self-healing.

When I review this book I am being biased. My mother is the author and I've read one other book from each other. They have similar themes, but the plot ( the idea) and different from one another. When I read this book I was bopping around to some very good dupstep. I am myself. I know what I like and what direction I'm headed in. I really discovered what I did believe, what my hopes and dreams were, and what I want in life. My mother, the author, has showed me how to explore and express those dreams by being a positive and happy being. The book's only 19 pages. Easy to read and is suitable for all ages. There is even places for you to write down. It reminds me a lot of a book I read by Dr. Phil's soon while I was entering my teen years. It helped me, and I'm sure this'll help someone in their lives. Whatever they struggle with there's always something they believe or think that keeps them going until we die. I liked the book overall because I tried to convince myself someone else wrote it whilst reading. Why would I do this? I did it because I wanted to see my reactions if it wasn't written by my mom. I liked it the same, but it didn't feel as special. I felt a connection because my mom made this. Just like she has felt with anything I have made. I gave this book five stars. I recommend it to everyone.

Keep It Simple by Gina Briganti is a very inspirational read. It can also be a very quick read. The author states she wrote this “workbook” as a tool for “her Reiki students and clients” and “for those who, for one reason or another, are not studying with a teacher” but if the reader takes the time to actually stop and think about each message she is trying to convey – they can get sooo much out of this book!

She talks about her personal beliefs and what has worked for her; all while inspiring the reader to think about their own beliefs and what will work for them. One of my favorites quotes from the book..... “I am Perfectly Imperfect and Imperfectly Perfect.”

My opinion - it is a wonderful read for anyone and I highly recommend it!

Gina Briganti is a fellow Author whose practices align very closely with mine. She sent me a lovely signed copy of her book Keep It Simple and I liked the simple structure of the information in keeping with its name. She has been able to streamline and present some very useful information in an easy format that would be of great assistance to those new to the concepts of healing and enlightenment and just getting in touch with who you are as a Spiritual being. As a "Perfectly Imperfect" Human Being myself, I found great truth to her writing. It will sit in my office Library on my bookshelf with my other healing books and I will refer to it both for myself and for my clients. Thank you, Gina for a crisp, clean overview on how to Illuminate ones life for the better!
