I wasn't quite sure if I was going to enjoy this book at first.
It had been some time since i had read the previous book in the series - Elvendude - and I'd had to wait what felt like ages, for this book to come to me, here in the UK, from the USA, and so I had forgotten so many details, that this story felt a little disjointed at first - but, fortunately, it picked up quickly enough that I was soon immersed into the plotline again.
I really got into the characters, the mythologies, and the disparate plotlines, that converged into a well-rounded finish - well, at least for these particular characters, I believe, anyway, and I'm very much looking forwards to the next book in this series - another one that I'd had to buy from the States, once more : Lazerwarz!
