À l’université agricole, tout est prétexte à apprendre. Mlle Hasegawa et le professeur Itsuki racontent à Sawaki la fabuleuse histoire du thé, les microbes de la cuve de sauce soja donnent un cours très particulier sur les enzymes, une distribution gratuite de légumes provoque un débat sur l’indépendance alimentaire… Oikawa désespère de la désinfection, Sawaki doit gérer des champignons rebelles, Kawahama ne songe qu’à se nourrir d’insectes, et Misato pense pouvoir produire du bois dont on fait les Stradivarius. Mais alors que les élèves du séminaire Itsuki vont s’attaquer au brassage du saké avec l’aide de Kei, on leur annonce l’arrivée au Japon de Marie…

初めのうちはお茶の話がメインだったので、当然中国とイギリスの歴史も。あとBoston Tea Partも。
結構歴史歴史した巻だったな。(得意分野)

が、メインストーリーはなんぞよぅ分からんくなってきたけど、菌達が可愛い
