This was a totally tropey category, MOC, Mary-Sue heroine, heroine thinks she can't have kids, but the thing with tropes is how you execute them. And I enjoyed this one quite a bit. The hero is stubborn at first but then finds himself jealous of the time the heroine spends with his sons. This was pretty cute.
