2.5 rounded down. Do you like cop dramas? I hope you like cop dramas. At this point it's just a cop drama mixed with a thriller with different sides both in and out of the police department which is ok but not what I felt like this would turn into. The action elements from earlier on have been mostly taken off.
In this volume the cult infiltration comes to an explosion as all four groups (Yuri and Mistuba as spies for the police, the police whose chief will arrest even the other groups, Anna with her murder Dads, and the childcare cop) convene there. The boys Yuri and Mitsuba do that narrative thing of finding the humanity in the enemies through seeing the cult members and how they've been affected by Anna. But it sorta falls flat since this is a cult so those in power are using them and also they are terrorists.

I didn't know why I read it. This isn't my cup of tea. I hated reading it from beginning to end but I couldn't stop.

Volume 3 is a page-turner; the story is finally more clear as we learn more about the principal players. One more volume to go.
