Thorough and very helpful book to help believers get to the roots of, and combat, various sources of internal noise. The workbook is not to be hurried through; Scripture meditation, prayer, and humble self-examination will produce better results of a soul contented in God alone.
There is a new edition coming out soon using a more modern Scripture version, which may be a little more readable.
