I found this book on the bargain table over a decade ago (I think I paid all of 5 dollars for it). I have perused it from time to time but tonight I decided to sit and actually read it. The first thing that you notice is the beautiful photos, but this lovely book also contains some great advice with regard to how to choose a paint color or color combination that will work to bring out the natural beauty of the space, as well as highlight your decor.
I have a fondness for Jadite, so naturally I enjoyed the fact it was mentioned. I love the idea of combining lilac with green in a kitchen. Not something I would have thought of myself but it's gorgeous!
This is like a dreamboard in book form for those who long to inject some Cottage Style into their space.
