1) "The white object turns out to be far from soft. When you ship [sic] lands on its hard surface, it cracks like a mirror.
Switching on your screens, you see that you've landed on top of a gigantic egg. As you watch in horror, a huge shaggy beast with a long twisted trunk emerges from the broken shell.
'Great Ghosts!' you exclaim. 'It's a Warp Whippet! I thought they only existed in science fiction stories!'"

2) "You've rid us of those barbarians forever,' says Naro as you leave the cave. 'If you wish, we'd be proud to have you in our tribe.'
'I accept your kind offer,' you say. 'My ship is useless, and it may be some time before I'm rescued.'
'You won't regret your choice,' says Naro. 'As a hero of our people you will be given anything you wish.'
'Anything?' you ask, considering the wonderful possibilities.
'Anything,' says Naro.
'Oh, boy,' says you.
The End"

3) "If you choose the first wormhole, and possibly the pirates, turn to page 71."
