This was a wonderful audio program. In it, Jay likens each person as their own personal service corporation, and shares strategies on how one can improve different facets of that corporation in a multitude of ways. Whether the "hidden wealth" that you seek is on a personal or a professional level, you are bound to find something in here that will prove useful to you.
I have had these audiotapes (yes, audiotapes) for years. I can't count the number of times I have listened to these. Years later, they are still ground-breaking.
Outdated and poorly written - It's hard to follow the author's point. He's jumping from one idea to another and then back. - A lot of examples "I had a client who", "I have a client who"... - A lot of paragraphs are starting with "I". "I'm sure you...", "I have been called...", "I offer my experiences...", "I...", "I...", "I...". Motivational It does try to make you more resourceful (+1 star), but in the end, it seems to be just some motivational stuff.

Jay is becoming one of my favorite authors. This one is a classic that every entrepreneur and high performer should read. My favorite 2 parts of the book were the one about being a value creator and the part about building a business on the basis of maintaining great long-term relationships with clients.
