About the author

Martha Mason Humphreys was a native of Washington, D.C., and came to Huntsville to teach speech and theater at Alabama A&M University and UAH. A published playwright and author, her first love was always the theater. She acted and directed in community theater and was instrumental in establishing the Wings Awards for the performing arts.

This book is pretty short and to the point and I liked that about it. It's only 150 pages but it says everything it needs to say.

Something I read in highschool that stuck with me. I'm glad I never judged books by how dated the cover seemed when I worked in the library back then
