Excellent overview of heart health risk factors and what you can actually do to minimize the risk of heart desease (the most preventable form of death in the USA...). If you want to live longer, read this book... Not amazingly well written, but concise, to the point and informative

Here is another health book that I enjoyed. I met the author an discussed the books objectives. Worth your time and effort if you are middle-aged.
