This is a great read on the applications of analytics to manage the retailing supply chain. The content might be too dense for someone without prior knowledge of supply chain; but it's rightfully dense given the depth that the authors go into explaining the methodology and rationale behind the analytic tools. In that sense, the first read gives readers a high-level understanding, but to truly understand and know when to use these tools, this book requires subsequent closer read(s) and be referenced as needed.

Excellent read for Retail Experts. Analytical and number crunching. Specialized in that field, do not expect words on change management, motivation, leadership etc. Very specialized book which does a great job.
