Love it when all the dishes are illustrated! My favorite cookbook this year. Have already made some of the dishes and they were fantastic! One I can’t stop raving over is mussels in cider cream sauce. I made his Soda bread to go with them as a New Year starter course and it was divine!

Fantastic set of recipes, clear and easy to follow from this excellent chef.

There is literally nothing in this book that I wouldn’t want to cook or eat.
