I loved this book, actually the title is misleading. The books explores the mulitple uses of crystals including: reiki,astral projection, and time travel. The thing I loved most about the book was it gave practical advice. This is not a book on theory; it puts everything you learn into practice. I can't say enough on this one!

Haven't read this book yet. But I know it will help me in my research for things on astral projection and time travel, as I plan to write a fantasy novel. I can't wait to read it!
