This book is packed with great examples of business plans, missions statements, and detailed trading strategies. Most of the book isn't really about trading in particular -- it has a much broader focus on being organized and deliberate. The advice and examples offered will apply equally well for any long-term effort.

I always enjoy reading about different ways to make plans and follow through on commitments, and this is a good book for that kind of stuff!

It's not the author's best book. But where else can you find R-multiple distribution info and thorough guidelines to create a trading-business plan? Those two things by themselves make it a worth read for traders.
