What if I told you that you could change your life in 90 days? If by committing to just 3 months, a quarter of a year, you could walk away with a better mindset and more positive outlook on life. That you could walk away with tools that you can then use at your convenience. Would you be willing to at least give it a try? Sometimes life can be so hard and the very idea of attempting some sort of program seems like a distant thought, something that you might do someday. What if I asked for just seconds of your day? Could you do it? Just to take the tiniest steps to stat the momentum to you moving forward? Would you want to try?
Getting better, pulling yourself from the low places can be very difficult, but I am here to let you know that it can be done. It will take some work and some dedication. Can you do that? Can you promise yourself that you want to try?
It takes 21 days to build a habit and 90 days to build a lifestyle, so I ask you again… can you commit to just 90 days (and only 90 seconds each day) out of your life to really see some changes in your neurological pathways towards a better emotional mindset?

This program was the start to what is now a now a global industry- Baby and Child Sleep Consultants. To date, the Gentle Sleep Coach Training and Certification program is available in 3 languages.
