BOOK 6: ROUGH JUSTICE
A deadly plane crash. One woman left standing. Who is she? Tess and Po investigate a plane crash in the dense forests of upstate Maine. Both the pilot and co-pilot were killed, but there are rumours that a woman survived. Tess and Po aren’t the only ones tracking this mysterious survivor through the woods — a team of mercenaries is also on the hunt. There’s no phone signal. There’s no one coming to rescue them. And the killers are closing in.

BOOK 7: COLLISION COURSE
Hayley’s mom is frantic with worry. How could her daughter have vanished without a trace? Hayley isn’t even posting on social media. Investigators Tess and Po are worried that something bad has happened. Then Hayley’s father is attacked. Now the stakes are even higher. Tess and Po must find Hayley before it’s too late. Just what has she got herself mixed up in?

BOOK 8: BLOOD KIN
Nicolas ‘Po’ Villere runs into an old flame. But this is not the usual cozy reunion. Elspeth Fuchs and her son just escaped from a brutal commune in Portland, Maine. The leader is Elspeth’s abusive partner, Caleb Moorcock. And now he’s hunting them down. Po needs Tess and Pinky to help him get his ex-lover and her son to safety. But there’s only one way into the commune. And no way out. No one touches Po Villere’s family and gets away with it.

Starts great....

Maybe I'VE come to expect too much. This 3 book collection started as the other adventures of Tess, Po, and Pinky, but midway through the second story things started to go south. I "powered through" to the end although I almost quit in the middle of the third story. The adventures got to be too much to believe. If there is more to come I will give it a break for awhile.

easy fast paced

Bit formulaic but highly enjoyable and keeps the genre alive
Characters are just about believable and the interactions are entertaining
