Our second grader is taking part in a community garden project and needed to do a briefing on zucchini. We checked this book out of the library, practiced looking up vegetables in the index, and then reading their pages. Quaint graphics and lots of adorable recipes.

This was pretty fun! You liked looking at the pictures and showing me which experiments you wanted to try out.
