Holding Space
Holding space is a practice of non-judgement through the grace of acceptance. To accept ourselves is a deeply healing practice, which can be difficult, but not impossible. To accept another with all their so-called faults is a doorway to heaven within this world. Heaven or nirvana is the state of absolute surrender to peace through love. Love is a state of unity with the divine. All these words try to describe that which is beyond description. The reason for the creation of this work is to remind ourselves of our journey, and its purpose. Calm the mind, so the mind may be free. All of us return to the One Mind. The gateway to the One Mind lies within.Peace Love Joy

6 books1 followerI was born in Waukegan, Illinois and grew up in Wisconsin. Most of my recent life has been shared here, but most importantly, is that I have always felt I was going to be a writer and seeker of truth. My first book I co-wrote in 3rd grade entitled The Martian with the Stinky Feet, which was laminated and put into the elementary school library, I was very proud of that.
Life became more difficult with school in later years, due to being dyslexic, but not properly diagnosed or tutored. I finally discovered I was dyslexic when I was 29 years of age, and immediately started being tutored by Barb Bliss of Madison, Wisconsin for over two years. This helped opened the door for me to return to school, pursue a more fulfilling life, and my continued search for the Truth.
I am currently the owner of and practitioner at Harding Acupuncture and Massage LLC.
