Wish I had visited the Elmwood Inn when it was in business...

This book is a 2003 pulication that is well photographed with lots of recipes of items I'd actually make sometime. Very good tea party food ideas.

This is a lovely book that includes a bit of history prior to the three sections presenting recipes for soups, savories, and sweets. These are more advanced and can be quite fancy, sometimes with ingredients that may not be considered "staples". Beautiful photography!
