A small book showcasing Liza Lou's "Kitchen" and "Back Yard" -- two dazzling, and monumental, beaded environments. Book contains many photographs, most in color. Also included are two extremely short essays.

Of note, Liza Lou left art school because she was told that in order to remain as a student she'd have to stop using beads.
