Helping newbies with Chihuahuas.

This book is a good guide for those of us new to this breed. I have always had large dogs do when my rescue 14 1/2 yo Labradoodle passed in Sept of 2019 I vowed not to get another dog period. That lasted a short time. I found a sweet little 2 yo rescue Chihuahua at a local rescue and immediately fell in love. What a great pup she is. This book has given me a lot of insight into having a Chihuahua and how to care for her correctly. I am so glad I downloaded this informative book.

Great book

This book was very thorough and informative for this breed, from Puppy to Senior Chi. Offered great suggestions and advice. Definitely would recommend this book for anyone wanting advice on this breed or just a refresher if considering to adopt a new Chi to the family.

I myself have a geriatric Chi and I can see how this would be helpful. Thou as I am just now reading it nearly 13 years into my Chis life and have been ok I don't think it is a must read.

Lot's of good useful info. Who knew there are veterinary chiropracters and acupuncturers? I certainly didn't. Still lots of useful info about the chihuahua breed. I will be turning to it often when I have questions about something.

I own a Chi, and this book would have been helpful before I found my little puppy. This is a very insightful well researched Book on Chihuahuas.
I really enjoyed how in depth the Author goes so that the consumer such as I could know each and every aspect of finding that perfect companion.

I guess this had some chihuahua specific info, but in general i find general dog books better than ones just about chihuahuas.
